I hereby authorize the Director of the Ironmen Basketball to act for me, according to their best judgment, in any emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release Orangewood Academy, Ironmen Basketball, Garrett James, SCC SDA and all their directors & coaches from any and all liability from any injuries or illness incurred while at Ironmen Basketball Camp. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with my. child's attendance. I know of no mental or physical problem which may affect my child's ability to safely participate in this program. The undersign agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ironmen Athletics LLC dba: Ironmen Basketball, Garrett James, Orangewood Academy, employees and coaches/instructors from and against all liabilities, claims, suits, damages and expenses, including attorneys; fees arising from your child's participation, or from any cause what-so-ever.
